广州医科大学附属妇女儿童医疗中心儿内科门诊目前在儿童院区、珠江新城院区、增城院区设立，团队为经验丰富的临床一线医师。主要承担每天8:00-21:30儿内科病人和发热门诊病人的接诊工作。其中发热门诊是广州市儿童季节感染性疾病重要监测哨点。儿内科门诊曾荣获2018年广州市三八红旗集体称号，2019、2020、2022年连续3届获评广东最强科室，年看诊量达80万人次。

2022年“儿童发热门诊建设-儿童发热的诊疗模型”获批广州医科大学儿科学院学科建设亚专科项目立项， 2023年建立儿童发热门诊GCP基地。专科主任李淑华主任为广州医科大学硕士导师， 科室医生现有正高职称12人。副主任医师14人。

The Pediatric internal medicine Clinic of Guangzhou Women and Children’s Medical Center, Guangzhou Medical University is set up in Children’s Hospital area, Zhujiang New City Hospital area and Zengcheng Hospital area. The team is an experienced first-line clinical physician. It is mainly responsible for the reception of pediatric internal medicine patients and fever outpatient from 8:00 to 21:30 every day. Among them, the fever clinic is an important monitoring sentinel of seasonal infectious diseases in children in Guangzhou. The pediatric internal medicine clinic has won the title of “March 8th Red Flag collective” in Guangzhou in 2018, and has been rated as the strongest department in Guangdong for three consecutive years in 2019,2020 and 2022, with an annual consultation volume of 800,000 people.

In 2022, The “Construction of Children’s Fever Clinic-Diagnosis and Treatment Model of Children’s Fever” was approved as the subspecialty project of discipline construction of Pediatrics College of Guangzhou Medical University, and the GCP base of children’s fever clinic was established in 2023. The specialist director Li Shuhua is the master tutor of Guangzhou Medical University, and there are 12 doctors with senior titles in the department. There are 14 associate chief doctors in the department.
